This in-person event will occur at The Signing Tree Venue, 100 Ladywood Rd, Birmingham, B16 8SZ.
Starting at 9:15 AM and ending at 5:00 PM each day.
The two-day course takes place in a relaxed and supportive environment where each person is encouraged to learn and explore topics related to mental health and well-being. The primary focus of the course is to provide participants with the confidence and knowledge to support others, while also equipping them with tools to improve their own mental well-being.
