Starting at 9:15 AM and ending at 5:00 PM each day.
The two-day course takes place in a relaxed and supportive environment where each person is encouraged to learn and explore topics related to mental health and well-being. Topics covered include: Depression, Anxiety disorders, Bipolar disorder, Eating disorders, self-harm and Schizophrenia
We also explore suicide and crisis intervention. Crucially, we discuss self-care and the boundaries of the MHFAider® role.
