Learn the secrets behind making the perfect holiday pastries and panettone featuring the suite of Italian pastry flours from Molino Pasini. This in-person event will be held in the beautiful Artisan Test Bakery at Revent Inc., 22 Roosevelt Ave, Somerset, NJ, USA. Don't miss this opportunity to hone your baking skills and learn from the Master. There will be demonstrations, hands-on opportunities, tasting, and ample time for Q&A. Info: RCN Imports, Inc. is proud to offer this amazing opportunity for you to learn from Master Pastry Chef Romain Dufour, in the beautiful Artisan Test Bakery at Revent Inc. in Somerset, New Jersey.
This 2-day Masterclass begins with a short presentation and overview, then moving into the kitchen for demonstrations with hands-on opportunities making holiday pastries and panettone. There will be ample opportunities for Q&A. Event hours: Day 1 - Tuesday, Oct. 7th, 2025 runs from 9am – 5pm and Day 2 - Wednesday, Oct. 8th, 2025 runs from 6:30am - 5:30pm
The non-refundable fee for this event is $600 per person and limited to 14 participants.
Breakfast, lunch, and beverages will be provided both days. Each participant receives book of recipes, product information, and baked goods to take home at then end of day 2.

Info: Day 1 of this Masterclass begins with Romain Dufour leading a short presentation and overview, then moving into the kitchen for demonstrations with hands-on opportunities making panettone and viennoiserie. He will demonstrate various recipes featuring the suite of Molio Pasini pastry flours. There will be ample opportunities for Q&A. Breakfast, lunch, and beverages will be provided.

Day 2 ~ 6:30am-5:30pm

Info: Day 2 of Chef Romain Dufour's masterclass will take place all day in the kitchen. The mixing of the panettone dough begins at 6:30am and you do not want to miss this important step! He will continue demonstrations with hands-on opportunities making panettone and holiday pastries featuring the suite of Molio Pasini pastry flours and baking in the Revent ovens. There will be ample opportunities for Q&A. Breakfast, lunch, and beverages will be provided.
