2-Day Certified Residential Mold Inspector & Assessment Training
Dates: Two-day training, 8 AM to 5 PM.
Lunch is provided each day.

This two-day training is designed to equip you with the knowledge and skills needed to inspect and assess mold in residential properties.
During this class, you will learn how to:
- Perform a mold inspection
- Describe different types of mold
- Explain health effects of mold exposure
- Perform mold sampling
- Interpret lab reports
- Recognize remediation efforts

- Testing techniques for water quality
- Asbestos inspection
- Radon gas testing
- Lead-based paint testing

Attending this class provides 16 hours of InterNACHI® continuing education credit.
