This immersive experience, is a supportive, inquisitive and confidential space for those wanting to explore the multidimensional realms of self, through Breathwork. Over the two days we will work with the conscious connected breath, to journey inward and connect us back to the innate wisdom of the body. Alongside breathwork, the weekend will include gentle movement, embodiment techniques & meaningful reflection and integration practices.
A full weekend devoted to this practice allows us to go deeper into our personal process, work with various forms of the breathwork and have extended time and space to effectively integrate any material that may surface.
We are multidimensional beings and there is so much going on within us. Just like the Ocean, we embody countless shades, moods, feelings and expressions of self.
The windy, the wild and the rocky days. The calm, serene and sparkly ones. The ominous deep, dark blues & the soft and vulnerable moments, like the peak of a wave, just before it breaks.
The ocean continues to move through it all, moving with life, just like us. The tides rise and fall and the waves build and break, over and over and we continue to breath in and out, through all that comes our way.
We might be familiar with these surface layers of the ocean.
We have seen and felt the choppy waters, we have swum in the sparkling sea, we have sat by the ocean and witnessed its many moods. But how many of us have explored its depths? Have gone beyond what is known and ventured down deep, into the mystery of what lies beneath?
If you are already familiar with breathwork, you will know that it is a practice that has the ability to touch into our depths and reveal the sometimes unconscious, forgotten, unseen, unheard & unfelt parts of self. It is a practice that can guide you into communication with the depths within.
Where the known & the unknown meet.
It is also a practice that can bring us home, into feeling fully aligned, whole, at peace and belonging in our own skin.
No matter what is currently unfolding in your life, you are welcome in this space.
The breath can be both an anchor to draw you beneath and the inspiration that allows you to breach the surface for that next life-giving inhale.
This 2 day journey is open to both experienced and first time breathers & no previous experience is necessary.
Consisting of two 6.5 hr days, this will be a weekend to devote some intentional and loving time to your body, breath and personal process.
