Mushrooms! Increase your knowledge regarding mushrooms. Let’s understand why mushrooms are so important to our environment. When growing mushrooms, the speaker will discuss the type of climate and substrate that they grown in, when grown commercially. The mushrooms’ anatomy of its fruiting body adds much to understand its existence. If time allows, speaker will share a demonstration on spore printing and include some recipes for using commercially grown mushrooms.
