Who's the educator?
As a first-time author, I’m thrilled to bring my lifelong love of learning, storytelling, and human connection to the page. With over two decades of experience in project management, sales, and human resources—particularly in training, learning, and development—I’ve spent my career helping people grow, lead, and thrive. Now, I’m channeling that same energy into writing.
My journey has been shaped by a deep commitment to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, both personally and professionally. As the founder of The Power of Inclusivity LLC, a DEI practitioner and workshop facilitator, I advocate for inclusive spaces where every voice is heard and valued. I’m also a Gallup Certified Strengths Coach, passionate about helping individuals uncover their unique talents and lead with authenticity.
Multicultural by nature and curious by design, I’ve worked across borders and languages—including Japanese and German—and believe that stories are one of the most powerful tools we have to build empathy and understanding. Whether I’m coaching teams, leading workshops, or diving into a new book, I’m always chasing the next spark of insight.
Dreaming in Color: An Allyship Journey is the next chapter in my journey—a reflection of the lessons, curiosities, and passions that have guided me so far. I hope it inspires readers to embrace their strengths, challenge their assumptions, and stay endlessly curious.
