1st Phorm Community Clean Up
1st Phorm is taking on a new initiative around our city: the “From the Lou & Proud” Clean-Up Ruck Campaign-
What:
A community ruck (1-hour duration) while picking up trash throughout different neighborhoods of STL.

With each of our cleanup initiatives around the city, we'll be sure to post about it on our Instagram beforehand so you can join us if you're near/in the St. Louis area!
Who:
Show up solo, bring a friend, bring your kids - the more the merrier!
We'll also provide snacks, drinks, bags, and gloves for anyone who joins us 👊

But right NOW, we're encouraging YOU to get out in YOUR community LEAD BY EXAMPLE & BE THE CHANGE: Organize a clean up ruck or highway pick up. That way you can say you're "From ___ and proud" too 🙌
