The 1st National Karate Quiz Fest 2025 presented by Karate Quiz and Puzzle Team(KQAPT) is here to unite martial arts enthusiasts, quiz lovers, and strategic minds from across the nation for an unforgettable celebration of skill, knowledge and camaraderie. This first-ever national karate fest in Bangladesh promises an electrifying blend of quizzes, puzzles, and adrenaline pumping challenges—all under one roof.
This grand fest will take place in October 2025(The date will be informed soon), starting from 8:00 AM, at the Pallima Sangshad, 841, Shahid Baki Road, Khilgaon, Dhaka, where the entire venue will transform into a vibrant arena of challenges, knowledge and adrenaline.
This fest promises a full spectrum of solo and team challenges, culminating in an exclusive signature event that will push participants to the limits of skill, observation and strategy. And for an extra thrill, get ready for a special demonstration show whose theme remains a surprise, designed to awe, inspire, and energize every participant and spectator!

Solo Segments Descriptions:
i) Karate Olympiad:
Event Category: Solo (Package)
A written challenge filled with questions ranging from karate basics to advanced, intriguing scenarios. Test your knowledge of techniques, history, philosophy and interesting facts about karate.
Participants compete individually, showcasing precision, focus, and depth of understanding. One round—a true test of solo excellence.
Categories:
Junior Division: Class 1 - 6
Senior Division: Class 7- Upper
Rules and Regulations:
The event will take place in a controlled indoor environment.
Rankings will be determined by:
-Primary Factor: Number of questions correctly answered.
-Secondary Factor: Completion time(in case of tied scores).
Required Materials:
Participants should bring: Pens, pencils.
Organization committee will provide: Question and answer materials.
Award:
• Top 3 performers in each category will receive:
— Certificate of Excellence

ii) Karate Word Search:
Event Category: Solo (Package)
A mental workout in a scrambled letter grid. Participants must locate karate-related words hidden vertically, horizontally, or diagonally.
This event challenges focus, observation skills, and speed under pressure. One round, where every correct word brings you closer to victory.

Junior Division: Class 1 - 6
Senior Division: Class 7- Upper
Rules and Regulations:
The event will take place in a controlled indoor environment.

Event Category: Solo (Package)
Written segment with fun, tricky karate-themed riddles. Requires logic, reasoning, and creative thinking to solve.
Every riddle is designed to challenge the mind and entertain simultaneously. One round, winner determined by the cleverest problem-solving skills.

Senior Division: Class 7- Upper

Event Category: Solo (Package)
A dynamic physical event testing speed, agility, stamina and precision. Participants navigate obstacles and complete the full trail as fast as possible.
Only those with quick reflexes, sharp focus, and endurance can finish first. The fastest participant claims the top prize!
Categories:
Junior Division: Class 1 - 6
Senior Division: Class 7 - Upper
Event Format:
• Individual participation only
• Participants compete to complete the course in minimum time
Rules and Regulations:
—The event will be conducted on hard surface
—Footwear is mandatory for all participants
—Additional rules will be explained to participants before the event.
Ranking will be determined by:
Completion time(Fastest to complete the course).
Award:
• Top 3 performers in each category will receive:

Solo segments fee: 200tk for all the 4 segments(Package). Paying 200tk makes you eligible for playing all the solo segments.
Team Segments Description:
i) Karate Crossword:
A team-based written challenge where participants must solve clues and match words in the crossword grid.Requires communication, strategy, and shared knowledge.
Teams must coordinate efficiently to complete the grid and claim victory. One round, teamwork is the key.
Categories:
Junior Division: Class 1 - 6
Senior Division: Class 7- Upper
Rules and Regulations:
—Each team must consist of three players.
—Cross institution/club teams are not allowed.
—Cross gender is not allowed.
Rankings will be determined by:
-Primary Factor: Number of questions correctly answered.
-Secondary Factor: Completion time(in case of tied scores).
Required Materials:
Participants should bring: Pens, pencils.
Organization committee will provide: Question and answer materials.
Award:
• Top 3 teams in each category will receive:

ii) Karate Mythbusters:
A written team segment that challenges participants to distinguish karate myths from facts. Sentences related to karate will be presented; teams must analyze carefully and make accurate decisions.
Encourages discussion, debate, and logical reasoning. One round, accuracy and collaboration are the ultimate weapons.

Junior Division: Class 1 - 6
Senior Division: Class 7- Upper
Rules and Regulations:
—Each team must consist of three players.
—Cross institution/club teams are not allowed.
—Cross gender is not allowed.
Rankings will be determined by:

Event Category: Team based (3 Persons)
The ultimate test of strategy, teamwork, and brainpower awaits in Code|Clue|Conquer, the open-for-all signature event of the fest. This high-octane team based event will consist of three thrilling rounds. The adventure will have a treasure hunt vibe, where your wits, coordination and speed could lead you straight to glory! The clues could be puzzles, riddles, trivia, or hidden word. With mystery-filled challenges that will test your observation, logic problem-solving skills, only the fastest and smartest team will emerge victorious.
Categories: Open for all
Rules and Regulations:
—Each team must consist of three players.
—Cross institution/club teams of same category are not allowed.
—Cross gender is not allowed.
—Teams must progress sequentially through rounds.
—Failing a round eliminates the team from the next round.
—Teams cannot go back to previous rounds.
—Fastest team to reach the final destination wins.
Ranking will be determined by:
Completion time(Fastest team to complete all the rounds).

Organization committee will provide: Question and answer materials.
Award:
The competition offers a total prize pool of 4500tk along with Crest and Certificate.
