The 1st GSCCC National Cultural Carnival 2025 is a vibrant celebration of cultural diversity, organized by the Government Science College Cultural Club (GSCCC). Participants are required to wear their school or college uniforms and carry their ID cards. It's recommended to arrive at least half an hour before the scheduled start time of each segment. Spot registration will be available half an hour before the segment's scheduled time for certain events. The decisions of the judges are final and binding. Bringing illegal items onto the premises is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate handover to the authorities. Smoking is not permitted on college grounds. The organizing committee reserves the right to modify any rules as deemed necessary.
