There’s something magical about practicing outside under the open sky 💫Join us on the 1st Friday of each summer month for Yoga & Sound Bath at Hillcrest Gazebo, overlooking the sparkling waters of Onota Lake.
You’ll flow through a gentle yoga practice and then rest into a luxurious savasana with a sound bath designed to deeply relax your nervous system and renew your energy.
