What to Expect:
• A welcoming, judgment-free space to practice and explore movement and dance

• A clothing Swap! 👗🧣👖🥋🦺Please bring clean and wearable items that are in decent shape. Any clothing not exchanged will be donated to a shelter (Safe Zone on 7th St, downtown St. Paul).
• Opportunities to learn, teach, and exchange ideas with fellow flow artists
• A focus on community over performance—this is about growing together

The last hour will include outside time for A FIRE JAM 🤩 Fuel and Duvetynes (safety) will be provided thanks to Northern Fire Dynamic 🔥
