The Pirates Of The Canal are kicking off their 10 yr. anniversary with a new event. The first ever Chili Cook-off will be held on Jan. 18th 2025 at 2 P.M. at the Lemont V.F.W. post. Admission for the event will be $15 at the door the day of the event.
If you would like to enter the competition as a private entry, it will be a $25 entry fee and registration ends on Jan. 11th 2025.

specific times for the day of the competition will be sent out closer to the day of the event.
We will be judging private and business recipes.
3 lucky private entries will be taking
home a peoples choice award for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place as well as a Pirates Favorite award.
We will also be awarding 2 lucky businesses some serious bragging rights, 1 business will be awarded the lemont peoples choice recipe chosen by the people themselves as well as the pirates choice business award.

Rolling Smokes will be joining us for the afternoon and we will have playoff football on the t.v.'s. So come and kick off the 10 year anniversary of The Pirates Of The Canal with us.
