Welcome to our 1st class of 2026, FREE for the newcomers, for an immersive experience of movement/embodiment/dance: NEW in Malta, “The Hero's Journey” course is continuing in 2026!We are all Heroes/Heroines every day, in our own life, when we are facing adversities, solving problems, re-adjusting our plans, and coping with all the changements that life requiers to us.
The Biodanza® system has developed dances and movements which invite us to explore and consolidate our NATURAL CAPACITY to adjust to life, in different periods, in specific ways: we can all feel/behave like an Innocent, Orphan, Warrior, Guardian Angel, Explorer, Destroyer, Lover, Creator, Sovereign, Magician, Wise, and Fool.
If this resonates with you, simply follow the invitation: by moving/dancing together in a welcoming and supportive group, without judgement and/or expectations, we will have in fact the possibily to explore all these personnages, as a precious living experience.
I am Eleonora, Embodiment Coach & resident Biodanza® Teacher of Malta, and my classes are open to everyone and do not require any dance skills: our key words during this process will be FREEDOM, AUTHENTICITY, RELAXATION, and CONNECTION in a safe space.
