An unexamined life is worthless. The reason it's necessary to meet biennially to introspect and take stock of our activities as the Youth of our great Circuit. In this regard, the privilege of the select few called delegates, invited guests, and other stakeholders will constitute this divine convocation, as such, will do business on the behalf of the various Societies and Circuit.
