This show will be held on the SECOND Floor in the Grand Ballroom, which holds over 12,000ft of event space! 80 tables available with the potential for over 100.
(2) service elevators for vendors to load in/out, also (2) lobby elevators may be utilized for vendor load-in/out. Guests may utilize the lobby elevators/escalators, restrooms are next to the ballroom on the second floor.
NOTE: Signs will be placed in the lobbies and service hallway with directions to the ballroom.
Guest/vendor parking. The ballroom is not accessible from the skywalks/parkades for this event, vendors/guests will utilize the hotel lobby on the First Floor on 1st Ave NE, vendors may utilize these entries or the truck docks/service hallway on A Ave NE.
