Chef Christian Bau: One of Europe’s most renowned culinary figures, Chef Bau is the genius behind Victor's Fine Dining in Germany which has held three MICHELIN stars since 2005 and was named Best German Restaurant in OAD’s Top 100 (6th place) restaurants list in 2021 while La Liste in 2022 ranked it as #3 in it’s Top 10 Restaurants worldwide. His accolades include the Federal Cross of Merit as Germany’s Culinary Ambassador, and has won the accolade of “Chef of the Year” from numerous different guides including Gault Millau, Chef-Sache, Gusto Award and more. His culinary achievements stand as a testament to his expertise.
Chef Paulo Airaudo: His commitment to excellence is evident in his award-winning restaurants: his first restaurant La Bottega in Geneva and his daughter’s namesake restaurant in San Sebastian, Amelia, were both awarded a MICHELIN star within six months of opening. Paulo made culinary history in 2021 with Amelia, becoming the first non-native chef to earn a double Michelin star in the gastronomic heartland of the Basque region. His role in evolving modern European cuisine was celebrated with the prestigious Jeunes Restaurateurs Innovation Award in 2019. Yet, this dynamic chef is far from complacent. He currently operates a collection of ten global dining concepts in locations as diverse as San Sebastián, Hong Kong, and Colombia, each reflecting his relentless passion and innovation. Further highlighting his Midas touch, Noi was also awarded its first MICHELIN star just six months after opening in October 2022.
