The Mica Mountain Cross Country team welcomes you to the 19th Annual Vail Jingle Trail! Building on the legacy of years prior, the Vail Jingle Trail brings the community together for a fun holiday themed kids 1k and 5k. The race supports our program while also collecting over 500 toys each year for Toys for Tots. Consider signing up today and being a part of the holiday spirit! Our team will help you drop off your toy donation to help fill a bus with toys as you approach (our goal is 600 toys!). If you didn't come and get your long-sleeve event t-shirt the day before, you can pick up your t-shirt at check-in. As you enter Mica Mountain, you'll find a photo booth with props, jingle bells for your shoes to jingle and jangle during the event, play large outdoor games like cornhole and connect 4, and check out the food that the Mica Mountain High School Culinary program will be selling. The Mica Mountain Cross Country team will warm up the Santa's Little Helper 1k participants before their event at 8:30am running through the "Present Arch", "Candy Cane Lane", and the over Rolling Thunder hills before sprinting to a finish on the track! The community 5k will start at 9am on the east side of the track. Awards will go to the top 3 in each age group and an overall award will go to the top male and female 5k finisher. Santa might even make an appearance and keep your eyes open for a snowstorm that might pass through! :)
