Join us for an evening of live music and entertainment. Get ‘in the mood’ to immerse yourself in the sights and sounds of wartime Britain, as we transform our historic streets to the 1940s.
Put on your glad rags and get ready for a swinging night out with the best of wartime and post-wartime entertainment. Sing along with old favourites performed by the D-Day Darlings and Bluebird Belles, and dance your socks off to the Kalamazoo band.
Enjoy a taste of our historic menu and of course, not forgetting our legendary fish and chips – thank goodness potatoes aren’t on the ration!
With reenactors to meet, vintage markets to browse and entertainment to enjoy, this year’s 1940s Evening is not to be missed!
