Kingston's Chappell Roan is BACK with her highly anticipated act 2 of "The Rise and Fall of a Kingstonian Princess" solo drag show. Join us for an evening of celebration, while raising money for a good cause. 50% of the proceeds (tips, artist booth fees and ticket sales)* of this show will be donated to Trans Family Kingston to help support their events, materials, and trans folx in need of aid.
Trans Family Kingston describes themselves on the wesbite as: We are a grassroots group of transgender, nonbinary, and gender diverse individuals and their loved ones who seek to build community for gender diverse folx and their loved ones. We provide opportunities to connect with community through our in person meetings, and virtual spaces, and come together to provide community sourced resources, feedback, insight, assistance, and more. This is not a professionally-run support group but rather a space to build community with each other.
We are a diverse group of gender diverse people, family members, friends and allies in the Kingston/Katarokwi Ontario area. We gather at least twice a month to share stories and experiences, provide peer support, and assist each other in navigating various challenges. Our meetings often involve a check in, group discussion, small breakout/1:1 discussions, board games and social time, and snacks provided by TFam and attendees.
At this show you can expect...
✨ Chappell Roan themed performances, outfits and makeup by BeeWitched, an award winning local drag queen. Songs will include both well known tracks by Chappell Roan, and mixes. You may see a couple of guests throughout the evening.
✨ A small artist alley with local Kingstonian artists you can explore before the show, and during intermission.
✨ A safe space to be yourself in your pink pony appearel, surrounded by community.

Join us on Friday February the 13th, with 7:00pm doors and an 8:00pm show. Tickets will be $12 early bird, $15 online and $20 at the door. As with any show, please purchase your tickets early! :)
*(The other 50% of this show will go towards the cost of putting it on. Included but not limited to labour, costumes, venue rental, equipment rental, decorations and prizes.)
This show is put together lovingly without the use of any AI, and instead by the countless hours from a talented little drag artist!
