Penn State Extension Master Gardeners of Erie County will host their annual plant sale on Saturday, May 10, 2025, from 9 AM until 12 PM at the Wilson Picnic Grove on Penn State Behrend Campus. The event will take place rain or shine.
This educational event features herb and vegetable seedlings, including dozens of heirloom varieties, plenty of perennials and native plants, shrubs, small trees, grasses, and annual bedding plants. More than 30 Master Gardeners will be on the grounds to answer gardening questions and help with plant selections for specific light and moisture conditions.
Arrive early to get the best selection of hundreds of plants from the beautiful gardens of Erie County's own Master Gardeners. This event supports Master Gardener educational outreach programs throughout Erie County.
Penn State Extension trains Master Gardener volunteers to serve the community and educate the public on a wide variety of gardening topics. They are available to provide hands-on training through demonstrations and seminars for home gardeners, clubs, and other organizations.
