About this Event

The SkillZilla Winter Cohort is an 8-week, live learning experience for adults ages 18 and up who want to build practical power skills that support career growth, confidence, and increased earning potential.

Each session is interactive, supportive, and designed to help participants apply what they learn in real life. This cohort is not a lecture series or a drop-in class. It is a guided experience that builds momentum week by week.

  • Career readiness and next-step planning
  • Teamwork and collaboration

How it works

  • Real-world discussion and activities

Digital badges

Participants who complete the cohort will earn digital skill badges that can be displayed on LinkedIn and used to showcase their skills to employers.

Who this is for
  • Adults ages 18 and up
  • Students, job seekers, and early-career professionals
