❄️ Join Friends of the St. Clair River for a hands-on winter activity to help protect a local park in Port Huron! This is your chance to make a positive environmental impact while enjoying the fresh winter air! ❄️ We’re gathering at 16th Street Park in Port Huron to remove invasive woody plants and give native plants the space they need to thrive this spring. 🌱

🕒Time: 10am – 12pm
Location: E. Side of 16th St., N. of Dove Rd, Port Huron
Bring warm, weather-appropriate clothing, boots, work gloves and sturdy loppers (if you have them), and a passion for nature! We’ll provide extra tools and gloves (limited supply) and guidance on identifying and removing invasive plants.
This is a family-friendly event, all ages and abilities are welcome. No experience necessary – our team will provide instructions and support. We can’t wait to see you there!
