Join us for a unique and peaceful experience, where you can unwind and recharge as you immerse yourself in a meditative journey through the soothing sounds and vibrations of the Singing Ring®.In this session, you won’t just listen to the sound; you’ll also feel the profound vibrations of the Singing Ring® as the bowls are carefully placed and moved on your body (front and back).
This immersive experience is designed to guide you away from the fast pace of daily life and into a place of calm, where gentle vibrations resonate through your body, leaving you feeling relaxed and refreshed as you close the year.
We begin the session with light stretches before lying down. All props are provided (yoga mat, bolster, blanket, cushion, and eye pillow), so just bring yourself in comfortable clothing.
This is a small group session with individual attention, and booking is required.
