The 16th Annual Run to Remember 5K is approaching fast! We are proud to offer the only USA Track & Field certified 5K course currently available in Upton, MA.
RUN TO REMEMBER A VETERAN!!! Our race honors all Active, Reserve, and Guard members and veterans who served our country in the past. Each participant is encouraged to wear the name of a veteran they wish to honor. If you don’t have your “own” veteran, we’ll provide you with a veteran’s name. A great way to show support!

• Run to Remember 5K on Saturday, October 4th at 9:00am at Upton’s VFW Post.
• Early registration is $25. Don’t wait to sign up!
• Kids Fun Run starts at 9:45 a.m. Registration is $7.

Course:
• 5K run is a fast start, mostly flat course, 100% roads. Walkers and joggers with strollers welcome - must start behind runners. No pets please. Course Map Link
• This is a USA Track & Field certified 5k course (ID# MA18301JK).
Awards
• Top three men and women overall. Male and female age division awards for age brackets: 12 and under; 13-15;16-19; 20-29; 30-39; 40-49; 50-59; 60-69; 70+
• Awards to 1st, 2nd, 3rd place M/F Veteran and 1st Teacher, Firefighter & Police Officer
Amenities
• T-shirts available for purchase.
• Water and toilets at check-in.
• Water at half-way point of race.
• Refreshments at finish.

Times:
• 5K Race day registration from 7:45am to 8:30am at VFW.
• Race Starts at 9am Sharp!
• 5K Bibs & Shirts can also be picked up on Friday, 10/3 from 4-7pm
• 5K Day of race registration price is $30.
• 5K Race start time: 9am (Rain or Shine)
Kid's Fun Run
• For children 10 and under, there will be a Kids Fun Run held on the baseball field behind the VFW after the official 5K race.
• Distance varies according to age.
• Children's Run Location: Baseball field behind VFW.
• Children's Run starts at 9:45am. Registration on-site from 8am until 9:30am.
• Children's Run Cost is $7.00 and every kid gets a medal!

Early registration is $25 ($7 for Kid's Fun Run). Don’t wait to sign up!
