1637 Book of Common Prayer Holy Communion followed by Stuart Song & Supper
The Eucharist is celebrated according to the 1637 Scottish Book of Common Prayer. The music of the ordinary is that provided by John Merbecke in his Book of Common Prayer Noted of 1550.
The Eucharist and Supper are open to those of any faith or of one. All baptized Christians, of any denomination, are weclome to receive Holy Communion.
Following the service of Holy Communion we move to the solarium for supper and song. Accompanied by the harpsichord Jacobite and other songs are enjoyed by soloists and the assembled company. If you woul like to perform a particular song please contact the Rector ([email protected]) beforehand.
Register here for catering purposes. If you are attending the Eucharist but not staying for the supper there is no need to register.
