$462 for 1x/week for 16 weeks (16 Classes Total)

Program Description

This program teaches Brazilian Jiu Jitsu for women within the context of self defence.

15 lessons are carefully crafted to address specific concerns for women when it comes to self protection within various scenarios. The 16th session will be a review/testing day on what was learned in the previous 15 lessons.

In addition to the physical techniques each lesson also includes a section on mind-set, as this is also a very important aspect in developing competence within the context of self defence.

Within these 15 lessons there are 20 essential techniques that will be taught.

With each lesson participants will develop their reflexes with techniques learned in previous weeks while also adding new techniques each consecutive week.

Class format: Duration 1 hour

Solo Preparation 5-10 Minutes

Lesson 35 -40 Minutes

Reflex development 10 - 15 Minutes

Mindset (Mat Chat) 5 minutes

After the first lesson participants will have access to our online university with all the lessons recorded. This enables students to prepare for the next lesson by watching the recordings before class and to review previous lessons from home.

No Equipment is needed for this program.

Participants should dress in athletic attire. No shoes on the mats. long hair should be tied back. Fingernails and toenails should be trimmed.
