At this FREE conference, you will learn the importance of diet and nutrition in cancer. Diet-related factors are thought to account for about 30% of cancers in developed countries. Obesity increases the risk of cancers in the oesophagus, colorectum, breasts, endometrium and kidneys. Alcohol causes cancers of the oral cavity, pharynx, larynx, oesophagus, and liver, and increases the risk of breast cancer.
Adequate intake of fruit and vegetables probably lowers the risk of contracting several types of cancer, especially cancers of the gastrointestinal tract.
The importance of other factors, including the consumption of meat, fibre, and vitamins, is not yet clear. Prudent advice is to eat a varied diet including plenty of fruit, vegetables, and cereals to maintain a healthy bodyweight with the help of regular physical activity and restricted consumption of alcohol.
There will be seven renowned researchers, medical doctors and experts in their respective fields from India, Japan, Malaysia, South Korea, and New Zealand.

Attendance Etiquette:
To ensure a safe and comfortable event for all, participants are requested to observe the following rules:
1. The Hotel encourages the wearing of masks while in their premises.
2. Please note that only a limited number of seats are available for this conference. Therefore, those keen on attending are encouraged to register early or accept our invitation in order to secure their reservation.
3. Confirmed participants who cannot attend or wish to withdraw from the conference are urged to inform the organiser to enable registrants on the waiting list to take up the available slots.
4. Likewise, registered participants who are UNWELL are advised NOT to attend the Conference and should inform the Organiser via WhatsApp so as not to deprive those on the waitlist (especially cancer patients or caregivers) a much-desired chance to participate.
