15th Annual Camp JPAC Application

Special Needs Network's Joe Patton Academy Camp (JPAC) serves as a safe, fun haven for close to 300 participating kids. The JPAC experience includes structured activities, spontaneous free play, organized sports, and social interaction. Campers are encouraged to develop and explore their imaginations as they engage in various fun

and educational activities. Our innovative curriculum is customized for every age and experience level. Your child can pursue an existing passion or learn something new. Either way, they are sure to have a great summer camp experience!

The "Dare to Soar!" theme for this year's camp invites campers to reach new heights and embrace the spirit of adventure. It's all about exploring the limits of what's possible, encouraging campers to dream big, take on new challenges, and discover their potential. Throughout the camp, activities will be geared towards building confidence, fostering innovation, and promoting resilience. Campers will engage in a variety of high-energy activities.

"Dare to Soar!" is designed to provide a dynamic and stimulating environment where campers can push their boundaries and soar beyond their expectations. This theme is a celebration of courage, curiosity, and the joy of discovering what lies beyond the horizon. Campers will leave camp not only with new skills and friendships but also with a renewed sense of what they can achieve when they truly dare to soar.

Camp JPAC is OPEN TO EVERYBODY.

We enroll approximately 60% of children with special needs and 40% of typically-developing children.

Pre-Care: 8:00 am – 9:00 am

Camp Hours: 9:00 am – 4:00 pm

Check-Out: 4:00 pm – 6:00 pm

Important. Please read:* Each child must be signed up separately. One form = one space at camp * Spaces are first come first serve.

* Child must be potty trained

* If your child has any food restrictions. We will not be able to make any special accommodations. Please be prepared to pack a daily lunch and snacks.

* To confirm your child's space at camp - you must attend a registration day to register (details to follow) Submission of the application does NOT guarantee a spot with Camp JPAC due to limited space.

Admission will be need-based. Please follow these instructions carefully as incomplete applications will not be considered.
