Paddlers save the date! This is a friendly non-competitive challenge for anyone to join. Race against yourself, just enjoy the scenery or you may have a secret target your trying to beat – hehe it’s all in good fun!!

Please register via ticket link for logistic purposes.
Start Point: Middle Swan Road, West Swan
Middle Swan Reserve, Caversham to Riverside Gardens, Bayswater (beach in front of ANA rowing club).
Time:
6.00 am for a 7.00 am start from Middle Swan Reserve.
Logistics:
Meet at Riverside Gardens (end point) for car logistics. I might have trailer and can take up to 10 boards but not people.
To start on time, we need to be snappy and organised (and allow for some mishaps – it always happens). We need to be strict on late comers – please, please try to be on time. It will be awful to have to leave without anyone. If the locations are new to you do a test reccy before the day so you know exactly where to go.
Board Type:
Long boards only (12.6 – 14ft)
*** Short boarders: Meet at AP Hinds Reserve (Garrett Rd Bridge) at 8.00 am for a paddle towards Garvey Park, Ascot. You will intercept the oncoming long boarders to paddle back with - it would be awesome to have your support. Contact me if you need a board to use.
Support Crew
If anyone is not paddling but would like to help out as support crew please get in touch. Vehicle will need to have roof racks.
Please bring:
• Water (Camel Back)
• Phone in waterproof pouch in the
event of an emergency
• Straps
• Leg Rope
• Noodles
• Snacks for after the paddle (kiosks
may not be open)
• Towel
• Warm change of clothes
• Your watch to record your stats!
*** Try not to over dress for the paddle as you will get hot. Booties and gloves recommended.
Subject to cancelation due to unforeseen events or unsuitable weather, eg, storm. This session will not be cancelled due to rain or light to moderate wind.
