The Annual Theme is Simply the Formal or Semi-Formal DRESS CODE and it is strictly, Strictly, STRICTLY ENFORCED. Wear All Solid Black, All Solid White or All Solid Black and White Attire, Including shoes. (NO Jeans, NO other colors including Silver or Gold) NO Exceptions.

Men can reserve a discounted Black and White Tux or Suit through Luxury Tux in College Park by calling 407-521-7678 and mentioning Black and White Weekend. Tickets are Only $54+tax in advance or $80 Cash Only at the door, $85 Online Day Of (IF any are left) and are good for the Entire Weekend. Food and Drink will be available for purchase all night as well.

Self-Parking is Only $5 per night for our overnight guests and Valet Parking is $30.

The Only Event of its kind in the World, Black and White Weekend is an incredibly fun, affordable and unique gala, ball, event and gathering for wonderful people of all ages and work backgrounds from all over Central Florida and beyond for eating, drinking, dancing, mingling, socializing, networking, photos, silent auction, entertainment and so much more in a very upscale indoor and outdoor venue across 2 days and 1 incredible SATURDAY night all while supporting a great charity and our ongoing well being. This event was envisioned on an ICU hospital bed by host Heissam "I'm in" Jebailey who almost passed away in 2000 with a near fatal case of pneumonia, created in May 2010 and along with an incredible committee, is now the World's Largest Black and White Weekend for Charity and Wellness in its ongoing and unprecedented 13th Year. The Main Goal of Black and White Weekend is to always host as many attendees as possible to have fun and raise as much Awareness and Funds for BASE Camp Children's Cancer Foundation while promoting Wellness and taking care of each other year round.

If you are feeling even more generous and/or are unable to attend but would still like to donate to BASE Camp Children's Cancer Foundation you can do so HERE. 100% of these donations also goes directly to fight for and support children with cancer. BASE Camp provides a year-round base of support for children and families who are facing the challenge of living with cancer and other life-threatening hematological illnesses.

8pm to 2am Check-in located inside the Rosen Plaza lobby and Black and White Weekend Main Event begins. (Mandatory Solid Black and/or Solid White Formal or Semi-Formal but Mostly Formal) Attire Including Shoes. NO Jeans. NO other Colors including silver or gold. NO Exceptions). Food and Drink Available for Purchase All Night as well.

9am to 12pm Breakfast 12 to 7pm Pool Gathering (Included in Saturday's Ticket Price) (Black and White Attire Strongly Encouraged)

FAQs

Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event? Yes. ID's are Required and you Must be 21+ to enter SATURDAY night. No exceptions. It's one price and ticket for the entire weekend.

What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event?

Unless you are staying one or more nights for only $139+tax per night, we highly suggest you Uber or have a designated driver. Most attendees don't want to leave once they experience Black and White Weekend. Self-Parking is $5 per night all weekend with each Black and White Ticket Purchase and Valet Parking is $30.00.

What can I bring into the event? Just bring your ID, yourself and your best smile and attitude and be sure you are wearing All Solid Black, All Solid White or Solid Black and White Including Shoes. NO Jeans, NO Color, NO Exceptions. All Credit Cards an Cash are accepted for food and drink once inside.

How can I contact the organizer with any questions? Simply by e-mailing [email protected] and we'll get back to you as quickly as possible.

Is my ticket transferrable and what's the refund policy? Tickets are 100% Transferable, Resellable or Donatable to the Charity at No Extra Cost. However, there are No Refunds Due to the Charity and Amount of Hard Work that goes towards putting this on all weekend long.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event? You do not have to bring a printed ticket, just your 21+ ID to match the name that will be at check-in.

Can I update my registration information? Yes you can at anytime by logging into your eventbrite account and updating your ticket info.

Is it ok if the name on my ticket or registration doesn't match the person who attends? Yes it is ok, as long as more than one person doesn't try to check-in under the same name or they will get turned away.

Do I need to stay all weekend? No. But you Do Not want to miss the main event on SATURDAY, May 20, 2023 starting at 8:00 p.m. inside the Rosen Plaza across from Pointe Orlando. Everything else before like the Pre-Gathering or after that like the pool gathering on Sunday is just an added bonus included in your ticket(s).
