Shepparton Agricultural Society Inc. Annual General Meeting.
To be held Monday 24th March 2025, at the Secretary's Office,
301 High Street Shepparton commencing at 7pm to address the following items;
-Receive the Annual Report and Balance Sheet.
-Recieve nominations for council.
-Receive nominations members for re-election, plus 10 vacancies on the committee.
-To fix Gate Admission charges
_To fix Member's subscriptions
_Any other item tabled for discussion.
N.B. Nominations for council and retiring member's nomination for re-election must be in writing and signed by 2 members, endorsed by the Candidate, and lodges with the Registrar by 2pm Friday 21st March 2025.
