An earthly exercise!What taste is black and how do we perceive white as a dish, our black and white dinner is an exercise in how we can use cooking techniques to manipulate ingredients to become black or white.
We made a 3 course dinner with the contradictory colours black and white to extract our senses and awaken thoughts.
