Job Fair Size:  Be part of Florida's largest diversity job fair and career expo!  This year we are expecting over 4,000 job seekers. Post Covid-19 hiring is starting to heat up, and this event will be the largest job fair in the Southeast to help companies find great employees.  

Venue: AMWAY CENTER-  This event is not your typical job fair and career expo.  The AMWAY Center spaces all employers around the arena, so job seekers are spread out, and you have a steady candidate flow.  We also have a special area for the career expo on the same level as the job fair, which features great speakers such as Lisa Maile. Our volunteers will assist all employers to their booths.  Parking in the GEICO Garage is FREE to all job seekers and employers.  Employers will also be served breakfast and lunch.

Visibility: The marketing of this event will also include billboards (I-4, 408, 436), advertising at the Amway Center, all OrlandoJobs.com event marketing, E-blasts to job seekers, E-blasts to the Florida Classic participants and media coverage, radio, and posters. This event is marketed to all major colleges, universities, technical schools, alums, and candidates from around the state of Florida.
