Especially for those 12U players moving up to 14U and current 14U players, who would like to continue t work on body contact!The BODY CHECKING & BATTLE CLINIC will help players work on body checking techniques of taking and giving hits, plus angling and separating the player from the puck.
Players will run through drills to get used to body contact and begin to feel comfortable with the checking aspect of hockey.
If time and registration numbers allow, small games that encourages body contact and then body checking will be played, such as ringette and battle drills/games.
Limited to 16 players
