Join us for the 12th Annual Zydeco Marathon on Saturday, March 15th, and Sunday, March 16th! In the heart of downtown Lafayette, Louisiana, this marathon brings fun, culture, and excitement together all weekend long for an event you’ll remember for years.Zydeco Marathon is USATF certified for accuracy and is a qualifying event for nationally recognized races, such as the Boston Marathon and other events requiring an official qualifying time.
We offer the following race events during Zydeco Marathon weekend:
👟 26.2 Full Marathon
👟 13.1 Half Marathon
👟 2-Person Relay
👟 5K Run
👟 1 Mile (for children 12 and under)
Runners can register for combo events! Additionally, our team welcomes Ainsley’s Angels Runners to participate in our events.

🧡 When participating in Zydeco Marathon, you’re simultaneously giving back. Camp Bon Coeur is a Louisiana organization providing year-round support, information, and programs to children with congenital heart defects. Proceeds from this year’s marathon will go towards supporting their incredible efforts.
