We are excited for another year of fun, with all money raised going towards two amazing local organizations.
*All the costs associated with hosting the race are fully covered, making it possible to donate 100% of all money raised directly to the organizations!*
Race registration includes: AMAZING swag bag, bib, custom race tank top, and finisher medal for all participants.
After Party featuring: Awards for the top finishers, free breakfast buffet, free drink (21+ for alcohol) photo booth, raffles, and much more!
This year the two organizations benefiting from the race are:
KEY WEST SUNSETS BASKETBALL
Key West Sunsets is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that hosts local sports tournaments to benefit the memorial scholarship of Coach Dexter Butler, as well as financially assist local kids grades K-8 get involved in sports.
AMERICAN LEGION POST 168
The William Weech American Legion Post 168 was chartered in 1946 and has served veterans and active military residents and visitors to Key West for more than 76 years. The Post broke ground for its home at 803 Emma Street in 1951, during the era of segregation, in partnership with the VFW Walter R. Mickens Post 6021. A historic marker for the post was presented in 2022.
Its members support a mission to enhance the well-being of America’s veterans, their families, our military and our community by devotion to mutual helpfulness.
We will be collecting non-perishable food donations for the Bahama Village Little Pantry at packet pick up and the day of the race.
