🎓 About the Event

Join Pearls of Service, Inc. as we honor the legacy of Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs) and raise scholarship funds to support the next generation of scholars. HBCUs are more than institutions—they’re engines of opportunity, leadership, and legacy. Your support helps us continue this mission and uplift students who deserve every chance to succeed. Over the past decade, Pearls of Service has awarded over $220,000 in scholarships to HBCUs--and the legacy continues.

💰 How You Can Support

• Make a minimum donation of $25 to cast your vote for your favorite HBCU and gain admission to the Day Party.
• Make an even bigger impact by becoming a sponsor at one of the levels below.
• You do not need to attend the event to participate and support your school of choice.
• All donations are tax-deductible and directly benefit Pearls of Service, Inc. and the HBCU(s) that raise the most funds.
• Attendance is open to everyone—you do not have to be an HBCU alum or affiliated with any university to join the cause.
• Your donation = your vote. The HBCU(s) that raise the most funds will receive scholarship awards!

Please feel free to show your school spirit by wearing your favorite university paraphernalia during the Fundraiser. All donations will REQUIRE an HBCU designation and you will have to make a selection before you can check out. Winners will be awarded based on contributions through 5:30 p.m. CST on the event day.

The Sponsorship Levels are:

Diamond Level Sponsor - $2,000 ~ Acknowledgment/Recognition at event opening and throughout the event ~ Company/Group name & logo prominently displayed at event ~ Company name & logo prominently displayed at event ~ Company/Group name & logo prominently displayed on Pearls of Service, Inc. website for 1 year~ 20 registration passes to the event.

Platinum Level Sponsor - $1,000 ~ Scholarship Sponsor acknowledgement/recognition at event opening ~ Company/Group name & logo prominently displayed at event ~ Company /Group name & logo prominently displayed on Pearls of Service, Inc. website for 6 months ~ 10 registration passes to the event.

Gold Level Sponsor - $500 ~ Scholarship Sponsor acknowledgement/recognition at event opening ~ Company/Group name & logo prominently displayed at event ~ Company /Group name & logo prominently displayed on Pearls of Service, Inc. website for 3 months ~ 5 registration passes to the event.

Silver Level Sponsor - $250 ~ Scholarship Sponsor acknowledgement/recognition at the event opening ~ 3 registration passes to the event.

Bronze Level Sponsor - $100 ~ Scholarship Sponsor acknowledgement/recognition at the event opening ~ 2 registration passes to the event.

General Admission - $25 to attend the event.
