12th Annual Run/Walk Turkey Trot in EdinboroWe are planning the 12th Annual event in Edinboro again, WEATHER PERMITTING. It is nothing too formal, just a good turkey day run rather than dealing with the craziness of the Erie Turkey Trot. This year we are going to continue with an entry fee, with proceeds all going to the Edinboro Food Pantry.
If you know others who would want to run, please feel free to invite them, but remind them this is not official or officially timed. We will have a timing system (a running clock) and water at the end. It is a 5K (3.1 Miles) Run and a 1.5-mile walk. It will start at the corner of Perry and Scot Rd. You will run straight past the dome and around the loop, then head towards the University Police Dept. Before you hit 6N, there is a turnaround; you will turn there, then head straight back towards the University and around the University loop in that direction. You will make the last loop around the Universit,y then turn right at McComb and finish at the Fighting Scot Statue. The route will be explained again on race day.
Weather permitting: We will cancel if there is rain, snow or the temperature is below 32 degrees. We will make a decision as early as possible on Thanksgiving Day!

Who: All members of the family are welcome! (Including your non-human family members.)
Entry Fee: 3 can goods or $3 per person. 5 can goods or $5 for two people. 10 can goods or $10 for a family of 4 or more. (Please bring exact amounts if you can, as we will not have much change!)
