My name is Joel, and I've been a New England based commercial fisherman for over 25 years. The answer to that is a bit long, but quite simple. We don't have a big facility to pay for. We don't have a fleet of trucks to pay for. In fact, we don't even have any employees.
We're just a husband and wife team whose profit margin can be less than anyone else, because we need less operating cost to do what we do. The flip side to that, is we need to bring in a lot of folks to make it work. This is why we're trying this deal first in Manassas!
