The development team behind 127 Morgan Street, "has arrived at an improved plan for the lot - including affordable housing, arts inclusion, traffic engineering/calming, and community meeting space. The team is excited to present this revised plan to the community on Monday, August 25, 7-8pm, at the Nimbus Arts Center, 329 Warren Street."
The height/density has increased to 20 stories (no parking). Increased deviations and variances have not been shared yet.
