At 5:55pm, Commodore Jason Morgan will address the members. He has five minutes to do so with the countdown for the Akarana Series taking place at the same time. At 6pm sharp, Life Member and Past Commodore Matt Woodley will fire the cannon, signalling the opening of our 126th season, and the start of the Akarana Series.
Briefing for the Akarana Series will take place at 5:15pm on the lawn in front of the club. More details on this will be provided later in the week - but get ready!!!
There will be a sausage sizzle going for a few hours for the kids (and the grown up kids) and the Akarana Eatery will be open with 25 dozen oysters on offer for just $3 per oyster!
