Recognized YACEP by Yoga Alliance, created for teachers who want to go beyond the basics and reignite their passion for learning.
This 125-hour refresher is designed for yoga teachers who want to:
Fill in the blanks from previous trainings.
Reconnect with their personal practice.
Gain clarity, confidence, and new inspiration in their teaching.
Learn modern methodology and anatomy in a supportive, real-world setting.
Experience mentorship, honest feedback, and community connection.
