Impermanence. It just is. What’s up / down.
What can it offer?
Insight. To see where one is, can allow one to organize and settle.
Movement. Towards more autonomy. The freedom to move towards all possibility.
Change. Let go of what no longer serves. May we live this life well.

about the facilitators:
amy v harrington is a visual artist and integrative energy/body practitioner. they find joy in the creative exploration of structures within the self, dynamics, and systems.
trî chung is an integrative manual therapist, somatic trauma recovery therapist, & healing arts educator who believes that science and spirituality can coexist, and their practice reflects this synthesis. they support people who have suffered complex injury and trauma become resourced and empowered, so they can move through their lives free from pain.
about constellations:
constellations are group sessions that allow people to look at systemic dynamics. there will be one primary client (chosen by lottery) who will receive the constellation, and others attending might be asked to represent various aspects of their issue - to notice what sensations/thoughts/emotions arise when stepping into that role. you can choose to be a witness; participation as a representative is always voluntary and you can always say no and just witness. however, even being a witness can still be very powerful process if you resonate deeply with the constellation.
