Join us for our unique rendition of the "12 Days of Christmas" with a yoga-style twist!
Following a rejuvenating vinyasa-flow – you’ll be invited to put on your Christmas hat which must stay put during the 12 poses -But here's the twist: if your hat takes a playful tumble during any of the poses, it's time for a shot of your choice before continuing!
Join us as we navigate through the "Five Golden Rings" group pose and test your yoga prowess in maintaining the "Pear Tree" pose.
It's not just about the yoga; it's about the laughter, playfulness and community.
Everyone is welcome, so grab your Santa hats, bring your friends, and get ready for a playful and spirited yoga experience.
And after the workshop, we'll keep the festive vibes flowing with drinks on us – wine, beers, and the occasional shot if a hat decides to take a tumble! Join us for 60 minutes of rejuvenating yoga, followed by an hour of laughter, holiday cheer, and perhaps a few surprises! 🎅🧘‍♀️🥂
