Coming up on Saturday December 27 we have the 12-Days of Christmas workout! If you have never done the 12 Days of Christmas workout before, it is unlike any other! This fun workout is done just like the song is sung.For example:
1 Air Squat
2 Push-Ups, 1 Air Squat
3 Sit-Ups, 2 Push-Ups, 1 Air Squat
4 Pull-Ups, 3 Sit-Ups, 2 Push-Ups, 1 Air Squat...
And so on!
The workout goes on like this through the 12th movement finishing down all the way to the first movement again. Somewhere in the middle of round 10 is the halfway point of total repetitions. This workout tends to be challenging but it is also SOOOOOO much fun!!!
