- Grilled Sourdough with Truffle Butter
- Winter Truffle Cappellacci Parmesan Fonduta, Sage-Brown Butter | Paired with Lux Chardonnay
- Bordelaise Glazed Filet Medallions and a Chilean Snow Crab Cake Roasted Garlic Mashed Potatoes, Asparagus, Classic Remoulade | Paired with Cooper's Hawk Exclusive December Wine of the Month: Hygge Cabernet
- White Chocolate Raspberry Cheesecake Roasted White Chocolate and Freeze-Dried Raspberry Crumble, Chambord-Berry Sauce | Paired with Raspberry Sparkling

Wine Club Pairing Dinner is hosted on Monday, December 30 @ 7:00PM. Reservation includes tax and gratuity.

- You will be seated with other guests during this dinner, since that's the fun of it!
