DATE NIGHT: CHRISTMAS IN TUSCANY
High in the hills of Italy, seasons are spent with beef grilled over glowing coals and drizzled with olive oil, served with red wine and roasted vegetables. Tuscany is known for its simple and refined flavors for good reason. Students will learn some of the ingredients, techniques, and joy of Tuscan cooking as they enjoy authentic dishes from the region. Boungiorno!

All the hits, made entirely from scratch!
- Hearty Tuscan White Bean, Sausage & Kale Soup
- Warm Rosemary Foccacia
- Arugula Salad with Fig Balsamic, Pomegranates & Candied Walnuts
- Mushroom & Chestnut Risotto
- Bistecca alla Fiorentina (Grilled Steak in a Winter Herb Brown Butter Bath)
- Orange Olive Oil Cake with Cranberry Chutney & Amaretto Cream
