11th Orlando Japanese Arts Collectible and Sword Show (see our website)
A three day event - June 20-22 where vendors from around the US will display sell trade and buy treasures relating to the Japanese Sword - armor woodblock prints sword fittings wall scrolls and many other antiques related to the Samurai culture.
If you are interested at all in Japanese warrior culture and art this is a show not to miss.
Special sessions will be presented on Saturday. They include:
Sword Etiquette - how to properly handle and view a Japanese Sword
Bijutsu Studio - craftspeople demonstrate traditional arts or calligraphy oshigata tsuka maki
Kyudo and Iaido and tameshigire demonstrations on use of the bow and sword
Yamashiro Den - an important lecture and display of very old swords from Kyoto
Bonsai and Ikebana displays of Friday & Saturday
