⏰Wave times start as early as 7:30 am. Request start times accepted for preregistered.

🚵In this fun and friendly indoor triathlon event, individuals and/or relay teams of 2 or 3 will row for 10 minutes on a rower, bike for 30 minutes on a spin bike, and run for 20 minutes on a treadmill.
💚Challenge yourself to compete as an individual! Race as a team! Teams consist of 2-3 participants. Teams can be any combination of male, female, or co-ed, if desired.
You will be given 5 minutes for transition between each event. Waves will run every 30 minutes.
🏆Prizes are awarded to top overall finishers, age groups, and teams.
Age groups: Male/Female – 18-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60+
Win great prizes: Winners will be chosen by total overall mileage from the three legs. Because you can cover a lot more distance on the bike, the bike mileage will be measured at 50%.
